We want to creat an intelligent, smart, snappy, fun, touching, AND romantic dvd documentary of your wedding & not (True Hollywood Story) Lol. we indeed take care as to make this VIDEO something you will watch over and over and over without getting bored, ok? The turn around time for your video dvd/s is (about) two and a half weeks - 18 days! Most of the time your dvd is ready right after your honymoon. Whether it be THE SILVER PLAN , GOLD PLAN , PLATINUM PLAN or the GRAND ROYAL PLAN (Additional Copies of the DVD) above and beyond what the plan allows is $15.00 each. Please note the s/h is $25.00 = That's for "Everything" to be shipped to your house, Unless of course you pick up the DVD in Person (We Prefer you to Pick Up the DVD in Person in Fact, This way we may enjoy a nice cup of coffee and show you our Finished Movie ourselves personally). 1 to 5 copies of the dvd are $15.00 dollars each 5 to 15 copies of the dvd are $ 9.00 dollars each 15 to 20 copies of the dvd are $ 7.00 dollars each RAW VIDEO FOOTAGE IS ALSO AVALIBLE AT $200.00 dollars How your DVD is mixed- What we do is record moments as they happen at your wedding, with those 6 hours of recordings (less or more depending on the package you choose) we'll edit, cut, splice and melt it down into ONE DVD, this is what makes it an entertaining DVD to watch, only the Best & Most Entertaining & Romantic Parts make it to the final cut. Much like a blockbuster movie where they record for a YEAR and you get a One Hour Movie when they're done and or the way a Commercial is made, they record for Seven Days to create a One Minute commercial clip, well that's how it's done here, we take the entertaining moments and delete the scenes of grandma eating. Of course (depending what plan you've picked) you will indeed be getting Multiple ( Copies ) of that finished One DVD Master. It is NOT that we record for 6 hours and you get non stop clip after clip after clip and end up with 6 Cd's of absolute Bore. We Create an Evening to Remember for one to enjoy over and over again, View after View -Not something one would roll their eyes at like other video company's, Instead we do it the Professional way and edit It down to One DVD. This is how it's done Professionally and why Professional Wedding Event Editors create the DVD this way - Because the end Result is a DVD that's ( Entertaining ) For the people who bought the Platinum Plan or Grand Royal Plan, you will also be getting * (Two) Computer Desktop Backdrops (screensavers) a bride & Grooms life photo montage. Any Photos you send us should be in jpeg format (if) you can. If you have a photo only on printed papper, thats fine, In fact Old shots, New shots, it makes no difference, Just get them to us, in fact if you have a photograph that you absolutely love but was ripped or very very old faded and banged up, send that to us also, we will restore it to near perfect condition IF WE CAN. You're going to really like the screensaver we create for you, it will be Something to the likes of the Introduction page of Bride Groom Video = land of true love, It will be something uniquely created for you, I honestly think you will love it. BrideGroomVideo.com reserves the right to have Total Artistic and Creative control over the production of the dvd video - after all, that is what you hired us for. We are Cinematographer Videographers & Editors who Fuse a kind of Documentary / Movie Feel to our Productions. A Cinematographer is the employee who films the scenes with a motion picture camera (or more frequently these days with a High Definition Video Camera). HDV Video. For everyone who have already paid their Retainer, Please do REMEMBER = THE BALANCE DUE DATE, Your balance (Must be Paid in Full) at least Three weeks (BEFORE) the wedding or event date. As for Cancelations of Wedding & Event Videography, it indeed Can be Done, We understand things don't go as planned sometimes, However, If You Booked say three months ahead and You (KNOW) You're Not going to make That Appointment "Please be Sure to Cancel that Appointment at Least 4 Weeks Before the Event"! It's Only (Fair) to the people who would have wanted that date that You Booked and couldn't get, Ok? (if) The Studio books another contract for the (original time slot) of (equal or greater value) "All Deposits as well as your (Retainer) WILL BE SENT BACK to You".
